Shipping and Delivery Policy

At heets-abudhabi.ae, we strive to provide our valued customers with fast and reliable shipping services. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the details of how we handle shipping and delivery to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.

1. Delivery Timeframe: We take pride in offering express delivery services to our customers. For locations within Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, and nearby areas, we guarantee delivery within 1 hour of order confirmation. For Abu Dhabi and all other locations across the UAE, your order will be delivered within 12 hours of order confirmation.

2. Order Value and Free Shipping: Enjoy the convenience of free shipping on all orders with a total value of 300 AED or more. If your order value is 300 AED or above, you are eligible for complimentary shipping to your desired location within the UAE.

3. Delivery Charge: For orders below 300 AED, a flat delivery charge of 30 AED will apply. This charge ensures that your order is swiftly delivered to your doorstep in a secure and timely manner.

4. Order Processing Time: Upon placing an order with us, our dedicated team will promptly start processing it. Please note that order processing takes place during regular business hours, from Sunday to Thursday, and excludes public holidays.

5. Shipping Method: We collaborate with reputable courier partners to ensure that your orders are handled with care and delivered efficiently. Our express shipping service is designed to minimize delivery times, providing you with a delightful shopping experience.

6. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS. This will enable you to monitor the status and whereabouts of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

7. Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery of your order, we will send you a confirmation notification. If, for any reason, you do not receive your order within the specified delivery timeframe, kindly contact our customer support team for assistance.

8. Change of Delivery Address: If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, address changes may not always be possible depending on the order status and delivery progress.

9. Undeliverable Packages: In case a package is deemed undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), our customer support team will get in touch with you to arrange redelivery or discuss order cancellation and refund options.

10. Delivery Scope: We currently offer delivery services throughout the UAE. Please ensure that your delivery address falls within our delivery coverage area to avail of our shipping services.
